淮钢高炉喷煤设计特点及实践

摘    要:淮钢新建2×450 m3高炉喷煤系统,中速磨制粉,布袋1级收粉,采用双系列串联罐、喷吹总管加炉前分配器的单管路喷吹方式,以及采用适应高喷煤量的高炉操作,使喷煤量很快达到设计要求9~11 t/h.

Abstract:Huaigang has established PCI system for 2 × 450 m^3 blast furnaces with middle speed pulverization and one stage bag powder collection. The PCI system adopts single line injection method with double sets of vessels in series, injection mains plus dispenser on the platform of blast furnace, and adapts to operation of blast furnace with high quantity of injection coal, making the PCI rate reach design requirement 9-11 t/h quickly.
