SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的瞬间液相连接

摘    要:铝基复合材料采用Cu箔、Ni箔和Cu/Ni/Cu多层箔作中间层进行瞬间液相连接。研究了保温时间和压力对铝基复合材料接头组织和性能的影响。研究发现,加压能有效改善铝基复合材料接头组织和性能;采用Cu/Ni/Cu多层箔作中间层时铝基复合材料接头强度最高,达189.6MPa,约为母材强度的84.6%。

Abstract:Transient liquid phase bonding with Cu foil,Ni film and Cu/Ni/Cu as interlayer of aluminum matrix composites were studied.The effect of holding time and pressure on the microstructure and properties of the interlayers were also estimated.The results show that adding pressure during bonding can improve the quality of the joints evidently.The strength of the bonded joints with the Cu/Ni/Cu foils as the interlayer of aluminum matrix composites is higher which can reach 189 6MPa and is about 84 6 percentage of the base material.
