熔盐成分变化对盐泵运行的阻力分析

摘    要:盐泵是管道化溶出装置的关键设备之一。由于多方面的原因盐泵一直运行很不平稳,严重制约了管道化系统产量和运转率的进一步提高和熔出工艺指标的优化。本文力图从盐泵运行时熔盐成分变化对盐泵产生的阻力这一角度定性分析导致盐泵不能平稳运行的原因。

Abstract:Salt pump is one of the key units in tube extracting equipment.For many causes, the salt pump always worked unstable which affect seriously the further improvment of system production, work efficiency and process index.The paper analyzed qualitatively the factors which caused the unstable operation from the angle of resistance force caused by melt salt composition change to salt pump operation during operation.
