| 摘 要： | 为使维护目标与维护需求相一致,制定的维护技术方案满足企业维护需求,文章在工业维护管理领域应用QFD的原理,提出了维护功能配置MFD系统的概念、理论与方法.研究了MFD的维护需求的逐级配置过程,以及维护屋HoM的基本构造和各组成部分相互关系.探讨了通过多目标规划对MFD系统进行优化,介绍了通过相关系数法和相关矩阵法两种方法建立基于HoM 的多目标规划模型.

| Abstract: | In order to make the maintenance aim according with the maintenance requirement and make maintenance plan to meet the maintenance requirement in enterprise, this paper uses the theory of QFD in industrial maintenance management and puts forward the define, theory and method of Maintenance Function Deployment. The paper studies the deployment process of the maintenance requirement in MFD, and the basic structure of the House of Maintenance and the relations of its components. The paper also discusses the multi-goal optimization model of MFD and introduces the correlation coefficient way and correlation matrix way which build the multi-goal programming model based on HoM. |
