摘    要:在TS-1分子筛催化环已酮氨肟化制备已酮肟反应体系中考察了催化剂的稳定性及失活原因,对新鲜催化剂和失活催化剂进行的XRD,FT-IR,FT-Raman,ICP,TGA/DTA等一系列对比表征和初步再生试验的结果表明,TS-1分子筛在单程运转周期内失活的主要原因是沉积物堵塞了分子筛的孔道,此外还存在着骨架钛结构变化的趋势,但失活子筛的晶相结构没有遭到明显破坏。

Abstract:The stability and deactivation behavior of TS-1 molecular sieve in the ammoximation of cyclohexanone to cyclohemanone oxime were investigated. Using XRD, FT-IR, FT-Raman, ICP, TEM and TGA/DTA measured the comparative characterization between the fresh and the spent catalyst, and preliminary regeneration of the spent catalyst was proceeded. The results showed that some by-products of the reaction blocking the molecular sieve channels mainly caused the catalyst deactivation in single operating cycle. Additionally, the titanium skeletal structure had some transformation trends, however, no obvious destruction of the crystal structure of the deactivated molecular sieve was found.
