铝型材挤压双牵引关键技术研究

摘    要:分析了上夹式双牵引装置运行过程中重心高导致的不稳定问题,研发了新型的侧夹式双牵引装置。介绍了该装置的结构形式、特点及信号交互的发展过程,现场实验证明:新型侧夹式双牵引装置运行快速可靠,牵引过程平稳迅捷,牵引机信号交互系统稳定。

Abstract:The instability caused by the high center of gravity during the operation of the upper-clamp double- puller unit is analyzed, where upon a new-type lateral-clamp double-puller unit is researched and developed. The structural style, characteristics, and signaling process of the new-type unit are introduced. The on-site ex- periment shows that the operation of the new-type unit is fast, stable and reliable, and the operation of signaling system is stable.
