| 摘 要： | 使用Hypermesh与Msc．marc联合仿真方法对型号SP2—560X940的双锥锁紧盘进行分析，得到锁紧盘应力和位移云图；并用位移加载方式对锁紧盘进行了有限元接触分析，模拟当轴毂存在间隙，锁紧盘传递最大扭矩时，其径向压力与位移数值解。计算了不同锥度角与锁紧盘外套轴向位移的关系，探讨了外圈直径对锁紧盘结构应力的影响。为双锥锁紧盘的设计计算提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Analysis of SP2-560 x 940 double-tamper lock disc is performed using the simulation software Hy- permesh and Msc. Marc, to get the cloud diagram of stress and displacement. The finite element analysis of the lock disc contact is performed using the displacement-adding method, and the simulation is that the lock disc transmits the maximum torque when clearance of shaft hub exists. The numerical values of radial pressure and displacement are obtained accordingly. Relation between the taper angle and the axial displacement of outer sleeve of the lock disc is revealed through calculation. The impact of the diameter of outer ring on the lock disc structure is discussed, which provide reference for the design calculation of the lock disc. |
