摘    要:为了增设转炉底吹氩搅拌装置,实现旧式转炉的顶底复吹冶炼效果,设计制作了一种深孔加工设备,并利用该设备在转炉“非传动侧耳轴”上在线钻削出3对轴向和径向吹氩深孔,从而完成了氧气顶底复吹转炉技术改造。

Abstract:To add an argon blowing and stirring device at the converter bottom, and to improve the smelting effect of the old-style converter by use of the top and bottom combined blowing, a kind of deep hole drill is de- signed and produced. The drill has been used for the online drilling of three pairs of deep holes "in the trunnion on the non-drive side" in the axial and radial directions respectively. The technical improvement of top and bot- tom combined argon blowing is thus completed.
