摘    要:为了提高窄带钢厂带钢的宽度指标,在粗轧机上提出了自动宽度控制系统。通过轧机的弹跳方程构建的数学模型称作轧制力反馈自动宽度控制(RF—AWC)。目前该系统已经在宽带钢粗轧立辊中广泛使用,但在窄带钢中应用研究较少,现结合某400mm窄带钢厂的现有设备及特性,引入RF-AWC。通过观察使用效果,证明了该系统能够有效降低带钢的宽度偏差,带钢中间部分尺寸保证在1.5mm以内,并改善带钢质量,有效提高了生产效率,对日后窄带钢的生产起指导作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision of width of narrow steel strip, the rolling force automatic width con- trol (RF-AWC) system is used for the existing equipment in a certain plant for rolling 400ram narrow steel strips. The mathematical model is established based on the equation of rolling mill springing. Observation shows that the system is able to effectively reduce the steel strip width deviation so as to ensure the width deviation in the middle section of the steel strip is less than 1.5 mm. In addition, the system is able to improve the quality of steel strip, and enhance production efficiency. It will serve as a guide for the production of narrow strips in future.
