激光跟踪仪在挤压机牌坊组对中的应用

摘    要:采用激光跟踪仪对大型挤压机牌坊组对的测量,能极大地提高设备的组装速度及精度,本文基于激光跟踪仪AT401的测量特点,叙述了该激光跟踪仪在660 MN挤压/模锻压机牌坊组对中的实际应用,介绍了单片牌坊组对中的立柱对中、上下拱梁调整及下立柱垫块调整的操作过程,上、下牌坊下拱梁内弧面対中及下拱梁垫块偏心环的测量。为同类设备组装的安装提供了经验。

Abstract:Measuring press housing by the laser tracker during assembling heavy press machine,can greatly improve speed and precision of assembly equipment. This article introduces application features of laser tracker AT401,column alignment of single housing,adjustment of arch beams and columns,measurement of inner arch beam surface and lower arch beam eccentric ring in assembling process of 660 MN extrusion /forging press housing. Provides an experience for similar equipment installation assembly.
