负载型非晶态催化剂催化工业双戊烯加氢研究

摘    要:采用XRD、SEM、BET对自制催化剂进行表征,对该催化剂催化工业双戊烯加氢反应工艺进行了研究,得到适宜工艺条件为:反应温度170℃,反应压力5 MPa,反应时间60 min,50 mL原料双戊烯对应的催化剂用量1.5 g,该条件下重现性良好,双戊烯转化率达99.2%以上,对孟烷收率达95.3%以上.

Abstract:XRD,SEM and BET are used to characterize self-made catalyst.The process of industrial dipentene hydrogenation catalyzed by the catalyst is then studied.The suitable conditions are obtained: reaction temperature 170 ℃,reaction pressure 5 MPa,reaction time 60 min,50 mL dipentene corresponding catalyst dosage 1.5 g.The reproducibility of the conditions is good,with a dipentene conversion rate of 99.2%,and p-menthane yield 95.3% or more.
