摘    要:目前,在国内外采用不同比转数分级加速高压离心泵的理论研究和应用没有资料可查。本文初步探讨不同比转数分级加速高压离心泵理论和应用。不同比转数分级加速高压离心泵是一种创新的离心泵原理及结构,它克服了多级高压离心泵、高速离心泵的弱点,把3个不同比转速的工作叶轮有机结合在一起,通过不同的工作转速分单元逐级提高流体的机械能,充分利用各单元工作叶轮提供的能量,有效提高泵的工作效率,使泵能够输出高压大流量的流体。同时泵的轴向力由3个单元分担,可有效提高泵工作的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:No any references, at home and abroad, would be checked about theory and application of hi- erarchical acceleration high pressure centrifugal pump using different specific speed. This paper initially discusses about theory and application of hierarchical acceleration high pressure centrifugal pump with different specific speed. Hierarchical acceleration high pressure centrifugal pump is a kind of innovation of centrifugal pump principle and structure, which is overcomed weakness of muhi-grade high-pressure and high speed centrifugal pump, combinated three different retating speed working impeller. Mechanical power which is used different working speed with dividing units makes full use of the energy of the impel- ler and effectively improves the work efficiency of the pump, the aim is to make pump output the high pressure and high flow of fluid, at the same time, the axial force of pump is shared by three units, which could effectively enhance the reliability of stability of pump work.
