摘    要:研究了单针藻 FXY-10对氯霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素和卡那霉素等4种抗生素的敏感性.结果表明,单针藻对氯霉素和链霉素比较敏感,在浓度均为50μg/mL时就可以明显抑制液体培养下单针藻的生长;庆大霉素和卡那霉素在达到200μg/mL时也能从培养开始就抑制单针藻的生长;比较分析发现氯霉素更适合作为单针藻基因工程的抗生素选择试剂.同时,实验选用10μg/mL氯霉素、10μg/mL链霉素、25μg/mL庆大霉素和25μg/mL卡那霉素等抗生素组合对单针藻 FXY-10进行无菌化处理,获得无菌纯单针藻

Abstract:The sensitivity of Monoraphidium sp. FXY - 10 to four antibiotics including chloramphenicol, streptomycin, gentamicin and kanamycin is studied in this paper. Results show that Monoraphidium sp. is highly sensitive to chloramphenicol and streptomycin, and 50 μg/mL of each significantly inhibits cell growth under the liq- uid culture. Gentamicin and kanamycin can inhibit the growth of Monoraphidium sp. when each reaches 200 μg/ mL. With the comparative analysis, chloramphenicol is more suitable as an antibiotic selection reagent for Monoraphidium sp. genetic engineering. Meanwhile, axenic Monoraphidium sp. is obtained successfully through axenic processing with addition of the combination antibiotics which includes 10 μg/mL of chloramphenicol, 10 μg/mL of streptomycin, 25μg/mL of gentamicin and 25 μg/mL of kanamycin.
