摘    要:由于具有比西门子法成本、能耗更低以及环境更友好等优点,冶金法提纯和制备太阳能级硅正成为全球光伏产业的研究热点.全面总结了国内外冶金法制备太阳能级硅的技术和研究现状,并通过本课题组在湿法浸出、真空氧化精炼、真空挥发、真空脱气和真空定向凝固精炼方面所取得研究成果,分析了冶金法提纯过程中面临的技术难题和亟待解决的关键问题,最后指出了今后冶金法制备太阳能级硅的研究和发展方向.

Abstract:The metallurgical route from metallurgical grade silicon to solar grade silicon is being paid close attention on account of the advantages for lower cost and energy consumption and environmental friendly compared with the Siemens process.The status on the purification and preparation of solar grade silicon by metallurgical route in the world are reviewed and summarized.The investigative status and achievement for our group in hydrometallurgy,vacuum oxidizing refining,vacuum evaporation,vacuum degassing and vacuum directional solidification of metallurgical grade silicon are elaborated in detail.Some technical difficulties and key problems are therefore analyzed.Finally,the research and development directions for metallurgical route in future are put forward.
