| 摘 要： | 对某倾斜砖混住宅进行纠偏和地基加固的实践总结.通过沉降和变形观测结果与相关规范规定值进行对比,对住宅的安全状况进行了评价；通过地质勘探资料和房屋结构分析了住宅产生沉降的原因,据此提出了采用陶土纠偏和锚杆静压桩加固基础的方法对住宅进行纠偏和基础加固,采用信息化施工方法和竣工后的观测验证了方案的合理性和有效性.

| Abstract: | Summarized rectification and foundation consolidation for inclined brick - and - cement houses in a dwelling district, as well as compared the results of settling and deformation observation with rele- vance code values, This paper estimates residential security condition and analysis the reason of residen- tial settling by geological exploration data and building structure. The paper further proposes two approa- ches which are clay rectification and foundation consolidation using anchor jacked pile, they are used in rectification and foundation consolidation. Using informationization construction method and observation after completion, which proves the rationality and validity of the project. |
