| Abstract: | SMS quality is common complaint problem.How to analyze and locate it accurately is cared by network management and maintenance department of operators.In the article,it gives out the analysis and location process of SMS resending and also the detailed solutions.Signaling monitoring system of Jilin Mobile is implemented and maintained by Beijing Zhong Chuang Telecom Test Co.,Ltd.(ZCTT).And here it explains the application analysis and processing processes of monitoring system in detail. |
