| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用莫尔条纹测量浮法玻璃斑马角的方法,在此基础上利用虚拟莫尔技术构建了浮法玻璃斑马角测试仪,实验结果表明,仪器能够分辨玻璃转动0.2°所引起的变形,其标准偏差σ=1.1%,大大优于国标所规定的技术指标。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a method for measuring the zebra angle of float glass with the Moire fringe is described,The zebra angle instrument is made with the virtual method.It can measure the distortion of fringe caused by glass rotation angle of 0.2 °.It shows results with a mean standard deviation of σ=1.1%.The accuracy is higher than the national standard. |
