电火花堆焊工艺在电厂设备关键部件修复中的应用

摘    要:电炎花堆焊工艺具有热办理入量小、残余应力可忽略不讦等显著特点,在特殊关键部件焊接中有不可替代性。通过采用电火花堆焊工艺修复兰州某电厂100MW汽轮机重载主轴轴颈磨损沟痕、山东某电厂汽轮机壳体密封面冲蚀沟痕及太原一电厂热网循环泵主轴磨损面,取得了较理想的效果,应用情况表明电火花堆焊工艺在电力行业轴类关键部件修复中具有世大应用前景。

Abstract:The electric spark build-up welding technology features less heat input and negligible residual stress etc.,which is non- repla- ceable in the welding of special key components.This paper introduces the electric spark build-up welding technology,used to repair and restore successfully the worn groove marks on the journal of main shaft of100MWsteam turbine in one Lanzhou power plant,the eroded groove marks on the sealing surface of steam turbine casing in one Shandong power plant and the worn surface of main shaft of circulating pump in the heat network of one Taiyuan power plant.The practices show that the electric spark build-up welding technology has great application prospect in the repair and restoration of key components(such as shafts)in power industry.
