铸造铝合金压铸风机叶片的探索研究

摘    要:基于多元、少量合金化的思路,根据不同合金元素的不同作用,对目前大量使用的铝—硅系铸造铝合金进行了再开发,创新发明了一种全新的铸造铝合金。其力学性能相比国内外同类材料有了明显提高,是扩大使用铸造铝合金制造轴流风机叶片的新途径。

Abstract:Based on thought of multivariate, a small amount of alloying train, according to the different function of different alloying elements, and the current use of aluminum alloy casting-silicon is further developed, and a new casting aluminum mechanical alloy is property co invented. Their mpared with similar material at home and abroad is obviously improved, is a new way of expanding the use of casting aluminum alloy to manufacture axial flow fan blade.
