摘    要:带冠整体叶轮数控展成电解加工预通道是电解加工技术的拓展应用,阴极设计是关键技术之一。介绍了近似成形阴极设计的基本方法、原则,分析了带冠整体叶轮叶片型面数据的处理方法,确定了阴极结构、形状及主要尺寸的设计步骤。

Abstract:Machining the pre channel of the integral impeller with ring by Numerically Controlled Electrochemical Contour Evolution Machining (NC ECCEM) is a extended application of ECM,and the design for cathode is one of the key technologies. In this paper, the design method and principles of the similar cathode used in the NC ECCEM of integral impeller with ring were introduced,the data processing method was analyzed, that data were used to depict the blade surface of the integral impeller with ring. The design process of cathode structure, shape and main dimension were given. It was proved that the design method for cathode is applicable and practical by trials.
