等轴化处理对TCI1钛合金组织性能的影响

摘    要:本文对魏氏组织的TC11合金进行等轴化处理.研究了等轴化处理前后TC11合金组织和性能的变化。研究结果表明等轴处理后的TC11合金得到均匀分布的等轴组织,晶粒尺寸约为9μm;相比原始的TC11合金,等轴组织TC11合金,抗拉强度可以从830MPa增加到1190MPa,屈服强度从590MPa增加到1130MPa,延伸率从1.6%增加到13.7%,断口形貌由台阶状转变为韧窝状。

Effect TCll Alloy after Equiaxed Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Propertity

Abstract:TC11 alloy was equiaxed treatment, microstructure and mechanical propertity were studied in the paper. The re- sult showed that uniform equiaxed microstructure was obtained by equiaxed treatment, and the grain size was about 9μm. The strength was enhanced from 830MPa to 1190MPa, yield strength from 590 MPa to 1130 MPa, and the relative elongation can reach 13.7% from 1.6% at room temperature for the TCll titanium alloy with equiaxed microstructure, moreover the fracture surface was changed from sidestep mode to shallow dimple mode.
