| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了自行研制的一台真空紫外灯离子迁移谱仪。包括谱仪的主要结构组成，谱仪的设计参数和离子门的结构特点，并使用该仪器研究了离子门处电压降对离子迁移谱仪分辨率造成的影响。

| Abstract: | A self--made ionization ion mobility spectrometer using a vacuum ultraviolet light lamp to ionizing source is reported in detail. We introduce the structure and composition of this spectrometer, the optimum work parameters for our home made spectrometer and the main characteristic of ion gate. Detailed studied the effect of voltage drop at ion gate on the resolution with our self--made ion mobility spectrometer. |
