摘    要:利用溶剂热法在不同的反应条件下合成了CZTSe纳米材料,研究了反应温度、反应时间以及不同溶剂对样品的结构与形貌的影响,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对所合成的样品进行了表征。结果表明反应温度的升高和反应时间的延长有助于提高CZTSe结晶性能。在240℃时CZTSe样品呈现非常尖锐的特征衍射峰,为约50nm的纳米颗粒。反应溶剂会影响样品的结晶性能及形貌。油胺作为反应溶剂时样品的结晶性能最佳,不同溶剂条件下样品的形貌不同。

Solvothermal Synthesis of Cu2ZnSnSe4 Nanocrystals

Abstract:CZTSe nanocrystals have been prepared successfully with solvothermal method and characterized by XRD and FESEM techniques. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and different solvents on the cystal sturctures and morphologies of the CZTSe samples were investigated. The results showed that the increasing of reaction temperature reaction time favors the enhancement of crystallization. The CZTSe samples prepared with 240℃ are composed of - 50nm nanocrystals with strong and sharp characteristic diffraction peaks. The solvent has great effects on the crystal structure and morphology of the nanocrystals. The CZTSe samples prepared with oleylamine as solvent are of good crystallinity.
