摘    要:随着国民经济的发展和人民对食品要求的不断提高,食品冷藏链行业的发展越来越受到重视。文章介绍了国内外冷藏链技术的最新进展和国内冷藏链行业的现状,指出我国在食品冷藏链发展中值得注意的问题和适宜的发展方向。

Abstract:With the development of economy and further demand to food, people lay more and more emphasis on the developmentof food cold chain. This paper provides a critical review to the last progresses of food cold chain in the world and the present statusof food cold chain in China. Some problems that should be paid attention to and the trend of food cold chain development in Chinaare also presented in the paper.
