| 摘 要： | 将计算机支持的协同工作 (CSCW)的概念引入计算机辅助测试领域,旨在实现对于大型贵重测试资源的共享,解决VLSI测试中的瓶颈问题.文章分别简述计算机协同测试系统CoTest的体系结构和系统的具体实现及其中关键技术.最后介绍三方单位合作的教学实验实例.
