摘    要:采用控轧控冷工艺生产的低合金高强度钢Q345D达到了用户提出的高屈服强度和高抗拉强度的综合力学性能要求。严格控制钢水纯净度,降低终轧温度,采用冷床风机强制冷却工艺能有效提高钢材的强度和低温韧性。

Abstract:The low-alloy and high-strength steel Q345D has been produced by the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,which achieves the integrated mechanical property of high yield strength and high tension strength required by the customer.The process of strictly controlled molten steel purity,reducing finishing rolling temperature and forced cooling on cold bed blower fan could efficiently raise the strength and low temperature toughness of the steel product.
