集控站防误闭锁系统设置方案及应用管理

随着电力自动化技术的飞速发展,对多个变电站实现集中控制、统一调度的运行集控模式在电力系统已日益普及,在集控站的监控系统上遥控操作任务越来越重。如何避免运行人员在倒闸操作工作中的误操作,是保证电网安全运行的一个重要问题。为此,本文提出了在集控站中设置一套防误闭锁系统,实现对监控系统遥控操作的闭锁,从技术上解决了集控站监控系统进行遥控操作的防误问题。
