摘    要:为了利用钢铁企业的酸洗废水和臭氧资源制备氯化铁絮凝剂,分析了臭氧流量、水溶液温度和稳定剂对絮凝剂聚合效果的影响。结果表明,当水溶液温度为45℃、臭氧流量为0.4 m^3/min、磷酸二氢盐作为稳定剂且加入量保持在P/Fe为0.04时,制得氯化铁絮凝剂的氨氮和化学需氧量指标均符合要求。

Abstract:In order to prepare ferric chloride flocculants by pickling waste water and ozone resources in iron and steel enterprises,the effect of such factors as flow rate of ozone,temperature of aqueous solution and stabilizer on flocculant polymerization was analyzed.The analytical results demonstrated that the indexes of both ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen requirement for the prepared ferric chloride flocculants could meet the requirements as the temperature of the aqueous solution was 45℃,the flow rate of ozone was 0.4 m^3/min,the dihydrogen phosphate was used as a stabilizer with adding amount of P/Fe to be 0.04.
