我国地质领域公共服务现状、问题及对策

地质公共服务主要指以非营利为目的，为社会提供公共产品及服务的公益性地质工作，是经济社会发展中的一项基础工作。本文对国家政策文件、管理部门信息、相关论文资料、最新行业动态等资料进行收集整理，总结梳理了地质行业公共服务概况，存在公共地质服务信息化建设仍有不足、地质资料管理与公共服务配套法规政策不完备、地方社会化服务意识和建设管理存在差距等问题，一定程度上限制地质资料利用开发和公共服务水平提高，对此为加强公共地质服务提出相关建议。

Status, Problems and Countermeasures of Geological Information Public Service

Geological public services mainly refer to non-profit-making geological work that provides public products and services to the society, which is a basic work in economic and social development. This article collects and sorts out national policy documents, management department information, relevant papers, and the latest industry trends, and summarizes the general situation of public services in the geological industry. There are still shortcomings in the information construction of public geological services, and geological data management and public services are supported. Problems such as incomplete laws and policies, gaps in local social service awareness and construction management have restricted the use and development of geological data and the improvement of public service levels to a certain extent. In this regard, relevant suggestions are made for strengthening public geological services.
