鞍钢鲅鱼圈超厚料层烧结系统改造生产实践

摘    要:介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈超厚料层烧结在设备改造方面开展的一系列工作。通过采取提高混合料温度、治理烧结机系统漏风、改造烧结机点火炉、改造环冷机和改造筛分系统等措施,为超厚料层烧结技术应用提供了有力基础支撑,并取得了显著效果。

Abstract:A series of activities on upgrading the sintering system for super-thick bed of materials in Bayuquan Branch of Ansteel were introduced.By taking measures such as raising the temperature of blended materials,reducing and controlling the air leakage in the system,upgrading the ignition furnace to the sintering machine,upgrading the circular cooler and sieving system,the strong basic support for applications of sintering technology for super-thick bed of materials was provided and remarkable results were achieved.
