| 摘 要： | 笔者通过对高职院校应届毕业生在就业指导需求方面开展问卷调查的方式,总结并分析目前高职学生就业出现的问题,指出高职院校的就业指导体系建设必须从符合职业教育学情特点、对接专业培养模式、加强“双师型”就业指导教师队伍建设、丰富就业资源库四个方面开展,体现职业教育特色才能真正解决高职学生出现的就业问题,提升高职就业指导与服务效果。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems that vocational college students encounter in their job-hunting by conducting questionnaire survey among fresh graduates.It points out that the construction of career guidance courses in vocational colleges must take into account the four aspects:the characteristics of students in vocational colleges,professional cultivation mode,construction of a teaching group specializing in both theory and practice,and a rich career resources data bank.Only by enhancing the characteristics of vocational education can the job-hunting problems faced by vocational college students be solved and the effect of career guidance and service be improved. |
