超细全尾砂胶结充填体强度特性研究

摘    要:甲玛铜矿采用空场嗣后胶结充填采矿法开采厚大矿体,采用超细全尾砂胶结充填,为掌握该类型的尾砂胶结充填体在高寒地区的强度特性,本研究通过设计砂灰比(4、6、8、10、12)、料浆浓度(60%、62%、64%、66%)和养护龄期(7 d、14 d、28 d)3种因素,分别在平原和高原地区两种环境下开展单抽抗压强度试验,获得了超细全尾砂胶结充填体试件在室内标准养护条件和井下硐室低温条件下的强度发展规律,并分析了两种养护条件下强度差异产生的原因,有效指导了高寒高海拔环境下甲玛铜矿的充填作业。

Abstract:A copper mine adopts open stoping and subsequent cemented filling mining method to mine thick and large ore bodies, and adopts ultra-fine full tailings cemented filling. In order to master the strength characteristics of this type of tailings cemented filling body in alpine region, this study designed sand-ash ratio (4, 6, 8, 10, 12), slurry concentration (60%, 62%, 64%, 66%) and curing age (7, 14, 28). Single pumping compressive strength tests were carried out in plain and plateau areas respectively, and the strength development rules of ultra-fine cemented backfill specimens under indoor standard curing conditions and underground chamber low temperature conditions were obtained. The reasons of strength differences under the two curing conditions were analyzed, which effectively guided the filling of Jiama copper mine in cold and high altitude environment.
