某场面监视雷达天线座结构设计

摘    要:某X波段场面监视雷达工作环境恶劣,按要求,其旋转速度应不低于60 r/min,工作寿命需大于10年,这给其天线座的结构设计提出了很高的要求。文中采用ANSYS Workbench对该场面监视雷达天线的外流场进行仿真分析,得到了所需的电机功率,并以此作为依据,展开了天线座整体结构的设计。对其中的关键零部件主轴、联轴器等进行了疲劳强度仿真分析,证明其疲劳寿命满足要求。另外,文中还充分考虑了天线座的润滑、密封和维护。该天线座已随系统通过了可靠性试验测试并已投入使用。

Abstract:An X-band surface monitoring radar is required to rotate at the speed of not lower than 60 r/min and have the service life of not less than 10 years under harsh environmental conditions, which puts forward high requirements for the structure design of the antenna pedestal. In this paper the external flow field of the radar antenna is simulated by ANSYS Workbench and the required motor power is obtained. Based on the motor power, the overall antenna structure design is carried out. The fatigue strength of the main shaft and coupling is simulated. The result shows that their fatigue life meets the requirements. In addition, the lubrication, sealing and maintenance are also fully considered. The antenna pedestal has passed the reliability test and has been put into operation with the system.
