摘    要:针对回转窑系统能耗高、操作复杂、设备维修量大、产量低等问题,对其进行了工艺改造,采用更换回转窑预热系统、窑本体局部改造、更换冷却系统等措施后,不仅产量提高了25%,而且节能降耗效果显著。

Abstract:With regard to such problems as high energy consumption,being complicated in operation,much maintenance and low output in terms of the rotary kiln system in production,the process modification for the system was carried out.So after taking such countermeasures as changing the pretreatment system and the cooling system of the rotary kiln and upgrading the partial structure on the main body of the rotary kiln,the output was increased by 25%and also the effect of energy saving and consumption reducing was significant.
