铸造起重机主起升减速机实时监控与故障诊断

摘    要:为了及时、精准地诊断铸造起重机主起升减速机的故障,鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂开发了铸造起重机主起升减速机实时监测与故障诊断系统,该系统将小波包分析与冲击脉冲法相结合,不仅能确保起重机的安全运行,有效地控制减速机潜在故障的发生,节约设备维修费用,而且能避免炼钢生产中的非计划停机、停产,具有极大的推广和应用价值。

Abstract:In order to diagnose accurately and promptly the failures occurred in the main hoisting reducer to the casting crane,the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosing system for the main hoisting reducer was developed in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..According to the system the wavelet packet analyzing method was used together with the shock pulse analyzing method,which could not only ensure the safe operation of the crane,prevent efficiently the possible failures of the reducer from occurring and save the cost for equipment maintenance,but also avoid the unscheduled shutdown or suspend production in steelmaking.So the system was worth popularizing and applying with great significance.
