莱州湾南岸滨海典型盐化工企业绿色矿山建设评价指标体系研究

摘    要:建立科学适用的绿色矿山建设评价体系,是保证矿山科学规划、合理开采、绿色发展的重要措施。由于矿山种类众多,我国绿色矿山建设仍处于试点阶段,评价指标尚未形成完整的体系。为了构建适用于目标矿山的评价指标体系,本文针对莱州湾南岸滨海典型卤水矿这一特殊矿产资源,通过实地调研、咨询专家、总结文献资料,按照可操作性、典型性、动态性、独立性等设计原则,从矿区环境、安全生产、环境保护与节能减排、资源开发与利用、科技创新与智能矿山、企业管理共六个方面,优选25个量化指标。结果表明,各评价指标能准确地反映矿山建设中的重难点,各指标权重符合矿山建设的实际情况,该评价指标体系的应用对矿山建设成为国家级绿色矿山具有重要指导意义,同时也为该地区同类型矿山企业进行绿色矿山建设提供参考。

Abstract:Establishing a scientific and applicable evaluation system for green mine construction is an important measure to ensure scientific planning, rational mining and green development of mines. Green mine construction in China is still in the pilot stage, and the evaluation index has not formed a complete system. According to the design principles of operability, typicality, dynamics and independence, this paper aims at the green mine construction of the typical coastal brine mine in the south bank of Laizhou Bay, which is a special mineral resource, through field investigation, consultation with experts and summary of literature,twenty-five quantitative indexes were selected from six aspects of mining environment, safety production, environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, resource development and utilization, scientific and technological innovation and intelligent mine, and enterprise management. Results show that the evaluation index to accurately reflect the difficult point of mine construction, index weight conforms to the actual situation of mine construction, the application of the evaluation index system for mine construction to become a national green mine has important guiding significance, but also for the region with the type of mining enterprises to provide reference for the green mine construction.
