摘    要:铌锰铁合金是炼钢和铸铁过程中的一种重要原料,准确分析铌锰铁合金中杂质元素,对炼钢和铸铁产品的质量控制具有重要意义。实验采用硝酸、氢氟酸在60 ℃溶解样品,选择Si 251.611 nm、Al 308.215 nm、P 178.222 nm、Ta 268.517 nm和Ti 336.122 nm为分析谱线,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对铌锰铁合金中硅、铝、磷、钽、钛含量进行测定。共存元素的干扰校正试验表明,样品中共存元素对待测元素的干扰可忽略。各待测元素的校准曲线线性相关系数均不小于0.999 8,检出限为0.000 2%~0.001 8%。实验方法应用于铌锰铁合金实际样品中硅、铝、磷、钽和钛的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.53%~1.7%,加标回收率为98%~102%。使用铌铁和锰铁标准样品合成的样品解决了没有市售铌锰铁标准样品的问题,检测结果与理论值一致。

Abstract:The survey of ocean geology and mineral resources was an important scientific research that had been developing rapidly since 1980s in China. Geological analysis, especially X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), had made an important contribution on it. 56 papers were collected which they were related to the application of X-ray fluorescence technology in the investigation and study of ocean geology and mineral resources in China from 1987 to 2019. The paper reviewed the application of XRF in the aspects of on-site analysis of ships, development of marine geological reference materials, analysis of marine sediments, marine polymetallic nodules, seamount cobalt rich crusts, submarine phosphate rock and deep-sea rare earth resources.The application of optical technology, especially X-ray fluorescence analysis, played an important role on the field analysis of ships and the development of marine geological reference materials in China. These results fully showed the significance of analysis technology in geological work, especially in geological survey and resource evaluation. It was emphasized that high quality marine geological reference materials with international influence were the quality assurance of marine geochemical data and research results in China. On-site ship analysis was a powerful means to speed up the process of marine geology and mineral resources survey and evaluation, and to improve the efficiency of voyage. The existing achievements provided valuable experience for the future marine geology and mineral resources survey and for the analysis tasks with higher quality, faster and more effective. There were 98 citations in the paper.
