The traditional construction mode of long-distance diversion works is relatively extensive,and the informationizatoin level of project construction management is relatively low.Informationization is the process of changing the traditional information creation,management and sharing,and is an important breakthrough to transform and improve the construction of traditional large-scale water diversion projects.Through the introduction of BIM consulting work of a long-distance diversion works,this paper expounds the organization and management mode of BIM consulting work,the important and difficult points of BIM application,analyzes the importance and necessity of BIM technology for the construction of large-scale diversion works and explores the management informationization of longdistance diversion works.
