摘    要:地下空间资源调查是实现地下空间科学有序、安全规范开发利用的基础支撑。本文运用文献归纳法,收集相关法规政策、行业数据、论文资料等,系统梳理分析当前我国地下空间资源调查的基本背景、战略需求及工作基础。分析结果表明:我国地下空间资源调查技术和装备存在瓶颈、信息共享不畅、标准不健全、确权困难等问题。结合实际提出加强顶层设计、加快科研攻关、积极推进试点、加强信息化建设等对策,为推动实施地下空间资源调查工作提供参考。

Abstract:The investigation of underground space resources is the basic support to realize scientific, orderly, safe and standardized development and utilization of underground space. In this paper, based on literature induction method, we collected relevant laws and regulations, industry data, paper data and systematically combed and analyzed the basic background, demand and work basis of the current investigation of underground space resources in China. The results showed that there were some problems in underground space resources in China, such as technical bottleneck, poor information sharing, imperfect standard and difficult right confirmation. We put forward the countermeasures by combining with the actual situation, such as strengthening top-level design, accelerating scientific research, actively promoting the pilot project and strengthening information construction. The paper can provide reference for the implementation of underground space resources investigation in the future.
