六氟化硫气体中酸度检测方法的改进研究

摘    要:传统的六氟化硫气体中酸度检测方法是在常压下采用纯手动装置,且吸收速度慢、不完全,为解决传统方法的不足之处,研制了一种新型SF6气体酸度的检测装置,采用细长结构,竖直设置的吸收池带压吸收SF6的酸性气体,实现了SF6气体中酸性物质的快速吸收;采用酸度计直接计算吸收池中的酸度,减小测试误差;提供一种SF6气体中HF标准气配制装置,提高酸度检测的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:The traditional method for detecting acidity in Sulfur Hexafluoride gas is to use a pure manual device at atmospheric pressure,and the absorption is slow and incomplete.In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional method,a new type of device for acidity detection of SF6 gas is developed.A slender structure is adopted,and a vertical absorption tank is set up to absorb the acidic gas of SF6 under pressure,thus realizing the rapid absorption of acidic substances in SF6 gas.An acidity meter is used to directly calculate the acidity in absorption and reduce the test error,and a HF standard gas preparation device for SF6 gas is provided to improve the accuracy and reliability of acidity detection.
