摘    要:针对60D40道岔轨在第9孔轧制时容易出现扭转、翘曲、侧弯等现象,利用仿真软件建立了该切深孔中轧件的有限元仿真轧制模型,研究了孔型参数对轧件扭转、翘曲及侧弯的影响规律,据此采取了减少切深孔短腿变形量、并增大切深孔长腿变形量的技术措施,将60D40道岔轨切深孔轧制中的扭转角减小到12.40°,满足了后续孔型正常咬入的条件,保证了生产的顺利进行。

Abstract:In view of the often occurred phenomena of twist,warpage and lateral bending of 60D40 switch rail during rolling at No.9 pass,the finite element model for this pass rolling was established,and the parameters of pass influence on above problems were studied.Based on the researched results,the reduction of short leg was decreased,and reduction of long leg was increased.Meanwhile,the twist angle was reduced to 12.4°.By these measures,the production could be assured.
