熟料烧成工艺条件对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响

摘    要:通过检测对比水泥净浆的Marsh筒饱和点,Marsh时间、流动度及经时损失,分析探讨了新型干法窑,湿法窑和立窑等不同成烧工艺条件对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响,提出了获得与高效减水剂相容性良好的熟料所需具备的煅烧工艺条件。

Abstract:The effect of different burning process such as new dry process kiln,wet process kiln and shaft kiln etc.,on th e compati-bility between cement and superplasticizer were studied by measuring Marsh saturation point ,Marsh time ,fluidness and its loss with time of the cement paste.The pro per burning condition was put forward to obtain the clinker which has good compatibility with superplasticizer.
