摘    要:工程船舶通常需要通过定位操作来完成特定的作业。锚泊定位与动力定位是目前船舶海上定位操作过程中应用最为广泛的定位技术。锚泊定位系统由于具有结构简单、造价低廉等优点而被大量采用。但该系统受外界环境影响较大,定位精度较差,缺乏主动性和灵活性,因此在锚泊系统中增加辅助推进器以构成锚泊动力定位系统能够实现主动定位操作,提高了定位精度。针对某双体工程船锚泊动力定位系统的结构总体设计问题,给出了系统组成方案,并应用模型试验和经验公式对该系统在风、浪、流等环境载荷作用下的响应情况进行了仿真分析,通过仿真结果能够对系统方案进行验证,并指导最终实船样机的制造与调试。

Abstract:Positioning operation is very common for engineering ship to complete some typical work. Mooring system and dynamic system are the two main methods which are most widely used for offshore positioning system. The mooring system is adopted so widely for the merit such as simple and cheap. But the mooring system, which lack flexibility and initiative, can be greatly affected by environmental factors that lead to a low positioning accurate. Mooring dynamic positioning system contains some assistant-thrusters and can give some active positioning operations which would improve the positioning precisions. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the general design problem. A plan of system constitution was given first and some simulation analysis is carried out to get the dynamic responses of the system Under the environmental loads of wind, wave and current. The simulations are based on model experiments and empirical equations and the results can give verifications and directions for real ship fabrication and adjustment.
