| 摘 要： | 介绍工业安全技术的目标、发展、标准和应用方法。综述工业安全技术在欧盟、美国和日本的实践。介绍最新安全技术——功能安全及其具体规范IEC61508电气／电子／可编程电子安全系统的功能安全的主要内容。指出功能安全在中国应用的重要意义，提出建立基于功能安全的工业安全标准体系。

| Abstract: | The object, development, standard and application method of the safety technology for industry are introduced. The applications ofSafety Technology in EU, Americaand Japan aresummarized. Themain contentsof Functional Safety, state-of-the-art safety technology, and specific standard IEC61508-Functional Safety of Electrical / Electronic / Programmable Electronic Safety-Related Systems are introduced. Theimportant meanings offunctional safety application in China are pointed out, and Industry Safety Standard System based on Functional Safety is put forward. |
