某型火箭炮改进前后效能对比

摘    要:某型火箭炮已不能适应现代条件下的作战需求,需要进行全面改进。笔者试图采用相对效能模型、层次分析法以及模糊数学的有关方法对该炮改进前后的效能进行对比分析,计算该炮改进前后的效能倍增关系。根据计算结果可以看出:按初步论证方案对该火箭炮进行改进后的效能是原炮的7.23倍,武器系统全寿命周期费用是原火箭炮的3.90倍,效费比是原来的1.85倍,这说明按初步论证方案对原火箭炮武器系统进行改进是必要的。

Abstract:A type of rocket launcher can not satisfy requirements of modern warfare, and overall improvement should be carried out. Effectiveness comparison analysis of rocket launcher before and after improvement is performed by means of relative effectiveness model, hierarchical analysis method and relevant method of fuzzy mathematics. Effectiveness multiplication relationship of rocket launcher before and after improvement is calculated. According to calculation result of preliminary demonstration solution, it can be seen that effectiveness of improved rocket launcher is 7.23 times as that of original rocket launcher, full life cycle cost is 3.90 times as that of original launcher, and effectiveness-cost is 1.85 times as that of original launcher. This showed that to improve original rocket system according to preliminary demonstration solution is necessary.
