微交联丙烯酸树脂的改性合成及其作为皮革填充剂的性质研究

摘    要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,N -羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)共聚改性传统丙烯酸树脂,合成了核-壳结构丙烯酸改性皮革填充剂。讨论了NMA的浓度、添加方式和交联时间等对改性树脂膜性能的影响,并利用玻璃化温度(Tg)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)进行了表征。

Abstract:A modified acrylate latex as filling agent of leather having core-shell structure was synthesized using seeded semicontinuous emulsion polymerization technology. NMA and HEA was selected as the modifying agent. Effect of the concentration and addition manner of NMA and HEA etc on the property of acrylate polymer film was discussed. And with the aid of GPC and the thermal analysis instrument (DSC and TG) the major properties and characters of resin were discussed.
