摘    要:为了合理地选择复合绝缘子的参数,分析了9种复合绝缘子的剖面形状。结果表明,由非等径伞混合组成的绝缘子,在电弧距离限定的条件下,调整伞伸出距离,可增大爬电距离的空间。但伞伸出愈大,硫化工艺难度愈大,胶料、模具及机器设备的投资亦愈大,生产操作工艺更加复杂。因此,在设计非等径伞的绝缘子时,应综合考虑各种因素的影响。

Abstract:For proper choice of composite insulator parameters,nine patterns of insulator profile have been evaluated. The results shows that a combination of sheds with different diameters, adjusting sheds′s length can increase the space of creepage distance at limited arcing distance. Increased protrusion leads to greater technological difficulty at vulcanization, greater investment for robber, mould and machinery, as well as to complication of processing work. Therefore, complicated consideration on effects from various aspects is necessary at designing insulator with nonidentical sheds.
