| 摘 要： | 以壳聚糖作为种衣剂成膜剂，分别按照质量分数0．5％、1．0％、2．0％、2．5％的用量加工20％克．福种衣剂制剂，测定其成膜时间、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落率、包衣覆盖率、种子表面药剂浸水脱落率等成膜性能相关指标。结果表明：成膜时间和包衣脱落率均高于现用成膜剂，通过配方优化后成膜时间低于8min，包衣脱落率可以控制在1．0％以下，包衣均匀度达95％以上．包衣覆盖率检测值为86．8％～91．8％。该种衣剂用于包衣水稻种子，不影响种子吸水膨胀和发芽，表面活性剂SDT-25与壳聚糖配套使用可提高药剂在种子表面附着率，明显降低福美双、克百威两种药剂在水中的溶解淋失率。 |

| Abstract: | Chitosan was used as film agent in the 20% carbofuran thiram seed coating formulation (20% C T SCF) at the mass fraction of 0 5%,1 0%,2 0% and 2 5% Coated with the optimized SCF,the seed coat dried within 8 minutes 86 8 to 91 8% percent area of the seeds' surface was coated and a homogeneous coverage of 95% could be achieved Less than 1 0 percent solid ingredient falled off by shaking The dressed seeds sorb less water than dressed one after 24 hours soaking Surfactant SDT 25 together with chitosan could prevent thiram and carbofuran from dissolved or washed out of the soaked seeds |
