| 摘 要： | 建设资源节约型社会是我国国情决定的。各级领导干部在建设资源型社会中肩负重要责任,起到“龙头”作用。因此,对重大工程和项目的决策要正确;抓经济工作的思路要对头;领导干部的自身消费观念和消费方式要节俭。

| Abstract: | The construction of a resources-saving society is determined by China's national conditions.Cadre at all the levels shall shoulder the responsibility and play the leading roles.Therefore,the cadres must be correct in the policy-making of the key projects,in the conception in the economic work and thrifty in the consumption ideology and its mode. |
