脉冲爆震发动机性能对爆震室材料强度的需求

摘    要:根据脉冲爆震发动机的工作特点及其典型的失效模式,推导了脉冲爆震发动机性能与爆震室材料强度的关系,建立了发动机性能对材料强度的需求模型。研究表明,PDE推力、推重比分别与材料屈服应力的平方和屈服应力-密度比成正比。要应用于实际,必须克服高温工作环境的障碍,可以研制新的耐高温高强度材料;表面喷涂陶瓷热胀涂层;采取高效的冷却措施等。

Abstract:Following the working principle and typical failure mode of a pulse detonation engine(PDE),we induce the relationship between its performance and the material strength of its detonation chamber and establish the model for the requirement of the PDE on material strength.The PDE′s thrust and thrust-to-weight ratio are proportional respectively to the square of the material′s yield stress and its yield stress-to-density ratio.Its application requires the removal of obstacles encountered in the high-temperature environment.To do so,high temperature-resistant and high-strength materials should be developed;adding ceramic coatings and adopting effective cooling measures are also necessary.
